At an ambient temperature of 40C the table below gives the maximum allowed temperatures.

Temperature limitsIf an easily touched surface is necessary for functional reasons they are permitted to exceed these temperatures as long as they are “recognisable as such by appearance or function or are marked with the symbol”

Guards to prevent accidental touch must be removable with a tool only.
